Delivered comprehensive civil works as part of the major redevelopment of Dubbo Base Hospital, including a new multi-level car park and associated infrastructure. The project was executed on a live hospital campus, requiring planning and safety management to minimize disruption to patients and staff. Key scope elements included:
Bulk Earthworks & Excavation: Site clearing and bulk earthworks for new building foundations, plus detailed excavation for the multi-storey car park structure.
Structural & Civil Works: Construction of the multi-storey car park, including foundations, reinforced concrete slabs, ramps, and integrated lift/stair cores, significantly expanding on-site parking capacity.
Roadworks & Footpaths: Upgrades to internal roadways and construction of new access roads, footpaths, and pedestrian links to connect the car park with hospital facilities.
Utilities & Services: Installation and relocation of underground services (water, sewer, stormwater, electrical and communications) to support the expanded hospital precinct.
Site Amenities: Implementation of improved lighting, signage, and security systems, along with landscaping and drainage around the new structures.
